Submissions

Author Guidelines

The manuscript should be submitted using the “Online Submission” section in our Web site (http://www.jgrma.info). We also accept submissions by editorjgrma@gmail.com

Authors should submit their manuscript electronically via the homepage of this journal. After registration, authors will be asked to upload their manuscript and associated artwork. Full instructions on how to use the online submission tool are available at the home page. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are accepted on the basis of following criteria:

1. All manuscripts must be in English and in MS Word format
2. They have not been and will not be published in whole or in part in any other journal
3. The e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of all authors must be provided.
4. Illustrations (figures) of manuscripts should be in computer format.
5. Authors must state in a covering letter when submitting papers for publication the novelty embodied in their work or in the approach taken in their research.
6. Manuscripts submitted under multiple authorship are reviewed on the assumption that all listed authors concur with the submission and that a copy of the final manuscript has been approved by all authors.

Authors may suggest two reviewers. Please provide the name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, and fields of interest of suggested reviewers. Authors may also suggest that specific individuals not be involved as reviewers, but JGRMA reserves the right of final selection. Any technical queries will be referred back to the author, although the Editors reserve the right to make alterations in the text without altering the technical content.
Authors are invited to submit papers for this journal through online submission. Author first register by filling simple registration form and then login by using user ID and password to submit a manuscript. (To submit a manuscript, please follow the link given below in user home page) Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this Journal. Review Process

Submissions are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has been neither submitted to, nor published in, another publication. Simultaneous submission to other publications will result in immediate rejection of the paper. Papers are not within the journal scope will be rejected immediately after the pre review process.
All manuscripts will be subject to a well established, fair, unbiased peer review and refereeing procedure, and are considered on the basis of their significance, novelty and usefulness to the Journals readership. The reviewing structure will always ensure the anonymity of the referees & it will be reviewed by 3 experts in the field.
The review process may take approximately15 days to be completed. The Editor reserves the right to reject a paper if it does not meet the aims and scope of the journal, it is not revised well.

Please submit filled and signed copyright form just after receiving acceptance of your manuscript. For fast publication process authors are requested to send scanned copy of filled and signed copy of copyright form to submit@jgrma.info or editorjgrma@gmail.com

MANUSCRIPT CHARGES
There is no charge for the publication of any manuscript but author(s) of each accepted paper is required to pay an online maintenance/processing fee of ` 2000 (INR) (for Indian Authors) or $50 (50 USD) (for foreign authors). For more details please contact to editorjgrma@gmail.com.
